Summary: For a quick overnight is fine in case of a layover in Madrid. A bit away from Madrid Centro if you have the time to explore, about 25 euros for an Uber. The shuttle service is great but it could be a bit hectic, I arrived on a late flight and manage to get on the first shuttle but as they run through all terminals my ride got pretty full out of T4 but the driver alerted the hotel and another shuttle was on the way. The a/c in the room was not great as it is controlled and it was a bit warm for our like while sleeping.

Summary: Great room and appreciated the upgrade, however huge queues at breakfast meaning no time for a hot drink, very weird access on doors meaning couldn't always get into the room, very slow service in the restaurant. A shame as it could be a nice hotel

Summary: We really enjoyed this hotel and they were very responsive to messages through the app. The front desk was incredibly patient with us because we spoke very little Spanish. Our room was super clean and very comfortable. The property was also very clean and everyone was really nice to us. Highly recommend!

Summary: The staff were not very friendly. The shuttle bus driver was extremely rude to a family on our way to the airport. She was yelling at them and not listening.

Summary: My stay was not that good. I only had a short overnight stay at this hotel. I selected this hotel because it had a nice restaurant and bar area. The shuttle to the hotel was good, but it was a tiny mini van and it didn’t have a lot of room. So I felt uncomfortable but the young man was very nice. Upon check in we discovered the pool was closed, and it was still pretty early in the evening. So that was a little disappointing. But other than that check in was fine. We go up to our room, which was very nice, but the next morning I realized the shower wasn’t working properly, and the drain on the floor was broken. Another disappointment. We freshened up and went downstairs to the restaurant, and the young lady in front of the restaurant told us we would not be able to eat there because there was a flight cancellation and they were expecting a lot of people. We explained to her that we selected this hotel because it had a nice restaurant downstairs. And the young lady said she was sorry, but unfortunately she could not accommodate us. My friend and I were very disappointed once again. The young lady didn’t offer us a drink or anything. We checked our phones for restaurants nearby, and most of them were closing soon. We went to the front desk and explained the situation to another young lady and she recommended a mall nearby that stays open late. Overall, I just have to say my stay was disappointing. The hotel was not what I expected in terms of customer service.
